Joel Moss
Joel Moss brings more than 35 years of experience in construction and general contracting. Over the course of his career, he has worked in residential and commercial construction, remodeling, tenant improvements, and insurance restoration. As a licensed general contractor, Joel understands buildings at a practical level — how systems are installed, how materials age, and where failures typically begin.
As co-owner of a successful restoration company, Joel helped grow operations while remaining closely involved in field leadership and client relationships. His approach has always been steady and relationship-driven, focused on quality workmanship and accountability.
Joel is now transitioning into specialized leak detection and building diagnostics. With decades of construction experience behind him, he brings a practical understanding of structural systems that allows him to identify moisture intrusion and related issues with accuracy. His philosophy is simple: find the true source, fix it correctly, and prevent unnecessary damage or repeat problems.

Susan Moss holds a bachelor’s degree in business and is currently pursuing her MBA with a concentration in finance. Her background includes insurance, financial management, and executive leadership within a growing construction and restoration company.
As co-owner and CFO, Susan led financial oversight, budgeting, reporting, and operational systems through years of steady expansion. She implemented structured workflows and standard operating procedures to ensure growth was supported by financial discipline and operational clarity.
Susan believes strong businesses are built on transparency, accountability, and long-term thinking. As the company transitions into leak detection and specialized services, she continues to focus on financial strategy, compliance, and infrastructure that supports sustainable growth.
